Nazi-Era Restitution Talk

Violence and the destruction of culture often go hand-in-hand -- wars and other conflicts lead to losses of heritage and history that are sometimes irretrievable. The Third Reich, in particular, left a long legacy of looted art to be restituted. In her talk, attorney Eden Burgess will discuss how claimants have used the courts to try to right those wrongs and talk about some of her cases.
