Democracy Dialogues: The Struggle for Democracy in Iran

This event will explore the long tradition of women’s involvement in the struggle for democracy in Iran. Experts will reflect on what the current moment in Iran might teach us about the future of women’s role in the fight for democracy more broadly.

This event is part of the Democracy Dialogues series produced by UVA's Karsh Institute of Democracy with the goal of strengthening democracy through civil debate.
