Yoga can be practiced anytime, anywhere, by anybody. Discover how these ancient techniques can help you develop a deep type of listening – to your body, to your emotions, to your mind, and to others – that will help you to transform your life now and as long as you continue to practice.

Viniyoga is designed for each person’s unique body and mind. Utilizing the four points that distinguish it from other styles of yoga: function over form, breath and adaptation, repetition and stay, and the art & science of sequencing, we will learn how to create an integrated yoga practice that works for you: breath-centric asana (postures) to strengthen your body, pranayama (breathing techniques) to help moderate your nervous system, and meditation techniques to help regulate the fluctuations of your mind.
