Consistently healthy sleep is linked to many well-being markers, from willpower and emotional regulation to overall physical health. Currently, more than 1/3 of Americans report insufficient sleep.
Part of the monthly series of emotional well-being seminars offered by UVA FEAP and Hoos Well, this virtual seminar will include information sharing as well as a guided exercise designed to promote deep relaxation-- systematically and organically-- and ultimately healthy sleep.
This virtual seminar will be led by Anna DeLong (UVA FEAP). Anna has 30 years of experience as a consultant, trainer, and psychotherapist. Prior to joining FEAP, Anna worked for the UVA Medical Center in a leadership role and in in private practice for more than ten years. She is an amazing trainer who paves a path that is understandable, accessible, empowering and even entertaining along the way.
